I have a lot of respect for the employees working at the 1st Summit Bank in Greensburg. They really work very hard to satisfy customers needs. As we all know if you have worked in the public sector customers can be very difficult at times. The employees have gone way beyond there job description to help me, I was recently in another state and needed financial assistance ASAP! Great bank,wonderful helpful employees,excellent rates and no ridiculous fees that other banks charge!!If you accidently bounce a check or over withdrawl your account they will get you back on track and not ruin your account with excessive fees that dig you deeper in the hole that you'll never climb out of! Have an issue with your checking card or get over charged..no worries they're going to be with you every step of the way! This is best bank in Cambria and Somerset Counties! Finally a bank who cares about its members!

I can’t say enough good things about the employees here. Absolutely great people, so friendly and courteous! I just recently opened an account there for my sons nonprofit foundation and the staff is going above and beyond in helping with his foundation. Even donating from their own pockets. We are blessed to have 1st Summit Bank as our sons Nonprofit bank!!!!

Kelly and Chastity were absolutely amazing. They worked together as a team to set me up with the perfect account for my kids. Friendly and accommodating to all my banking needs. The connection I experienced was the best part, very understanding. They even sent me home with 2 piggy banks, one for each of my girls. Wonderful experience.

I’ve had my account with them for 11 years now and will never go to another bank. Everyone’s friendly and always takes care of you and your needs.

I have yet to encounter any problems with this bank. They are always friendly, and have been very helpful with questions and concerns. I give them five stars along with my appreciation.

Not bank related but my biggest gratitude goes to this young man.. So I was at Walmart earlier today I was trying to manhandle a tv and a puppy at the same time 🫣 the gentleman from the bank walked me out to my car pushing my buggy with the tv. He loaded it into my car !! Thank you so much for the person you are !!

I love this bank however the one loan officer, I think her name is Liz is very rude and unhelpful (at least to me). I was trying to get help to rebuild my credit to do the first time home buyers program through the city, so I went to the bank and she's the one I ended up speaking with and all she did was print out a copy of my credit report and told me I have debt (as if I didnt already know that). That was the first run in I had with her I'm not even going to get into the second time. Even with that I still love the bank

Great place to bank they have no problem sitting down with you or talking to you on the phone if you have any type of problem with your account I have dealt with other Banks that don't have the service that they have I deal with the Richland and Somerset offices same great services in both Banks

Violet and the rest of the girls at this location have been more than helpful. They are so great I would highly recommend this location over other branches also there hours are more friendly for those of us that travel and work long hours! Thank you all so much!

I have been banking with 1st Summit for more than 20 years. I love them!!! The tellers are kind and courteous. Ilene the bank manager is wonderful! She is so helpful and such a down-to-earth regular person! I would never bank anywhere else!!!!!
